Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with launch.now. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we offer refunds.

1. Digital Product Policy

launch.now is a digital product (source code). Because the code is immediately accessible upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the license key has been issued and the repository has been accessed.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase if:

  • The Product has a critical bug that prevents it from functioning as described, and we are unable to provide a fix within 7 business days of your bug report.
  • You have not accessed or cloned the repository (we can verify this via access logs).
  • You purchased the Product by mistake (duplicate purchase, wrong product).

Refund requests outside these conditions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@launch.now within 14 days of your purchase with:

  • Your order ID or the email address used at checkout.
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • Any relevant screenshots or details if reporting a bug.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

4. Subscription Plans

If you are on a recurring subscription (e.g., for access to updates or support):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation stops future charges. The current billing period is not refunded.
  • Prorated refunds for unused subscription time are not provided unless required by applicable law.

5. Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your license and access to the Product. We encourage you to reach out directly — we are responsive and will work to resolve any issues fairly.

6. EU / EEA Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the EU or EEA, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive, unless you explicitly waived this right by requesting immediate access to the digital content at the time of purchase. By proceeding with purchase and accessing the repository, you acknowledge that you have waived this right.
