Terms of Service
By purchasing, accessing, or using launch.now (the "Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
1. The Product
launch.now is a Next.js SaaS boilerplate (source code, templates, and associated documentation) sold as a one-time purchase. You receive a license to use and modify the code for your own projects, subject to the restrictions below.
2. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:
- Use the source code to build unlimited personal or commercial projects.
- Modify the code to suit your needs.
- Deploy applications built with the code to production environments.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code itself (in original or modified form) as a competing boilerplate or template product.
- Share your license key or grant access to other developers outside your team without purchasing additional seats (if applicable).
- Use the Product to create AI training datasets from the source code.
3. Payment & Access
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your license is activated upon successful payment confirmation. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
4. Updates
Purchases include access to updates released within 12 months of your purchase date. After this period, continued access to updates may require purchasing a renewal. Bug fixes and security patches will be provided at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
The source code, design, and documentation remain the intellectual property of launch.now. Your license grants you usage rights only. Any third-party libraries included in the Product are subject to their respective licenses.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, launch.now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the source code.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active users of material changes.
